Our MSc Organizational Psychology is ideal if you want to work as a practitioner organizational psychologist or academic researcher, and already have a British Psychological Society-accredited degree in psychology or a related discipline.

This Masters will provide you with the skills and knowledge to apply psychological principles and methods to the unique challenges facing 21st century organisations. Covering the full range of topics required for professional recognition by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and Health Professions Council, the programme incorporates knowledge from related subject areas of business and management studies to provide a more complete picture of the context in which organizational psychologists operate. Graduation from this programme fulfils stage one of the requirements for Chartered Membership of BPS and full membership of the Division of Occupational Psychology.
