This course is made for both project and property management practitioners, and scholars in related fields who want to expand their qualifications and expertise in property development and job administration. Graduates have dedication to professionalism from the property and job direction sector. This course is for project and property management professionals who would like to upgrade their qualifications or expertise or for all people who want to enter the property or job direction businesses. Within their first year students develop an understanding of how to balance private and public interests in urban evolution, how to use the principles of project direction, and also how to assess development feasibility.
- UTS recognised bachelor degree, or equivalent, from a number of the following areas: architecture and building, engineering, management and trade, law, economics and econometrics
- or perhaps some UTS Graduate Certificate in Project Management, or even a UTS Graduate Diploma in Property Development at credit level or above. Additionally, applicants also need to satisfy the following: no less than 6 weeks' relevant work experience
- CV articulating project management experience
- Personal announcement (max. 300 words) explaining the reason behind needing to study project management and displaying an awareness of basic project management concepts. The English proficiency requirement for global students or neighborhood applicants with international credentials is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0
- Or TOEFL: paper established: 550-583 overall with TWE of 4.5, internet established: 79-93 entire with a writing score of 21
- Or AE5: Pass
- Or PTE: 58-64
- Or CAE: 176-184.
