Property Investment and Development

This course provides the opportunity for high level of analysis from real estate investment and development. It develops students' knowledge of their multi disciplinary nature of property investment and development, and to produce the analytical and decision making skills necessary for property investment and development, and real estate professionals.

• Undergraduate degree or More in Industry or a cognate discipline as recognised by the Research body, API (Property-related Areas of architecture, Construction, construction, housing law, engineering, property and town planning)
• Or undergraduate degree or higher, in Virtually Any Area and minimum of 2 years FTE managerial/professional work experience in a related field
• or Undergraduate Diploma or higher, in Virtually Any discipline and minimum of 5 years Overall work experience in a related field
