This system intends to provide practical and academic training for decision makers and managers in the diverse property industry. The aim is to deliver high level theoretical and skilled trained in property investment decisionmaking, through the presentation of: specialist technical skills for that real estate development and investment businesses; the supply of a centre for interaction between students from diverse property backgrounds who are employed in real estate development and investment in people or private sector; and a more flexible learning structure which makes it possible for the application to evolve in response to changing industry conditions.

Australian Property Institute (API)

Successfully completed an Australian Bachelor degree (or equivalent international qualification, or even a minimum of 8 years professional work experience in an associated industry. Applicants with professional experience in a senior level that is significantly less than 8 years may also be viewed.
