The MSc will provide a theoretical base on health and health systems, and an emphasis on methodology and training in different research methods.
There will be a special emphasis on innovation and technological support and services in global health. One of the courses will provide an understanding on how technology is needed and can be used in supporting complicated health challenges. In addition we will focus on global health issues such as the global burden of diseases, reproductive health, nutrition, domestic violence, communicable diseases, life-style diseases and ecological aspects of the environment influencing health. A separate course will cover health management and economy, health systems, and human rights perspectives.
