This course trains students to* Ensure that the money of specifications and plans and read and translate for application to identify, planning and related supervisory actions. * translate and apply certain essentials of the National Construction Code (NCC) as well as other relevant standards and codes, determine the nature of buildings based on use and arrangement, determine alternative solutions to construction and design issues, and determine the amount of fire resistance required, for the construction of lowrise residential buildings, clarified as Class 1 and 10, and commercial buildings, clarified as Classes 2 to 9 using a gross floor space not exceeding 2000m2, not adding Form A or Class B construction.
