This unit is part of the Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Training Package. It clarifies that the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to responsibly sell or serve alcohol. Responsible clinics must be undertaken whereby alcohol is served or sold, for example where alcohol samples have been functioned throughout on-site product tastings. The apparatus, therefore, applies to any workplace at which alcohol is served or sold, including all kinds of hospitality places, packaged spirits shops and wineries, breweries and distilleries. It integrates the information conditions, under land and state spirits law enforcement, such as employees engaged in the sale or service of alcohol.
