This qualification reflects the use of senior managers and small business owners of services businesses.They are responsible for coordinating the day-to-day functioning of the business and for planning, monitoring and evaluating the job of the team.Salon managers also operate with considerable liberty to make strategic business management decisions.This eligibility provides a pathway to work being a salon manager in any sort of personal service business including hairdressing or beauty salons, barber shops and spas.No occupational licensing, certificate or specific legislative requirements apply to this eligibility at the time of publication.
