This enjoyable and creative four-year double degree in secondary education and arts will see students develop in to a knowledgeable and informed classroom-ready educator, qualified for employment across the independent and state schools. Students will study a choice of two teaching streams from a selection of arts and humanities disciplines, including English languages, history, business studies, the arts, geography, religious studiesand psychology, media studies, legal studies, and more. As a result of a run of Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) components, students will place their teaching concepts to the test at a realworld surroundings, and regularly engaging together with secondary school students across the full range of year degrees. At the conclusion of this program, students will soon be prepared to hit the ground running as a newly qualified teacher, confident in assisting to enthuse young people aged 12 to 18 of a range of subjects over the arts spectrum.

Admission to the program is based in an entry position. A position can be achieved by a year 1 2 ATAR, additional Australian eligibility, work experience, or an overseas qualification. All applicants will be required to finish a written statement in response to questions intended to check their suitability for the teaching profession. Applicants' responses to those questions have to be deemed satisfactory for these to be admitted into the class.
