The aim of the professional interdisciplinary master's study programme "Socio-technical Systems Modelling" is to offer up-to date master's level knowledge and skills in modelling that may be used to minimise the disproportion in the number between the social and engineering specialists in the national economy and to give an understanding of the human factor's role in engineering sciences.

Internship - 6 weeks in the first study year

Bachelor's degree or equally recognised higher education. Entrance test for applicants without a professional degree in engineering or natural sciences, or an equally recognised educationEnglish language requirementsIn order to prove the English language competence, the applicants are required to submit a confirmation of the English language knowledge: * TOEFL with a minimum score of 500 points in paper based test or 70 points in internet- based test; * IELTS with minimum score 6.0; * other documents confirming the knowledge of English.In case the previous education has been acquired in English, the English language certificate is not required. Applicants with no corresponding English language certification document are required to take an exam of English in ViA.
