This is an advanced application designed to give tax practitioners the expertise necessary to specialise in the diverse and complex field of law. Students will have the option of specialising in domestic or international tax law and also will build up an enhanced level understanding of the technicalities of tax law in a variety of specialist places. Subjects covered include: international tax, resource tax, high level level capital gains, corporate tax, taxation of trusts and transport pricing.
