Theology and Ministry

The Bachelor of Theology and Bachelor of Ministry is a Double qualification. Students enroll simultaneously in the Bachelor of Theology and the Bachelor of Ministry and therefore are awarded 2 degrees on completion of the plan of study. The Bachelor of Theology severely assesses life and faith throughout the analysis of scriptures, theological traditions and historical contexts. It aims to broaden self-understanding and facilitate cultural engagement.The Bachelor of Theology assists students to build comprehension across broad areas of theology and depth in particular areas of interest. It develops research and communicating skills, also prepares pupils for further theological study. It assembles foundations for ministry throughout the research of scriptures, theological customs, contemporary and historical contexts. It takes concentrated analysis in ministry praxis. The Bachelor of Ministry offers a foundation for graduates to understand and articulate their identity and place on earth.

Successful completion of Year 12 in an Australian secondary school, or equivalent.
