Theology and Religious Studies

You can choose from various specializations that each focus on their own field. You will not only follow courses in which you reflect on a specific field or professional context; an internship is an obligatory part of this master's as well. Of course, you will write a thesis to finish your master's programme. Throughout the programme you will be actively coached in your study progress and personal development.

Other requirements

1. vooropleiding (ISPAC: vereiste vooropleiding) Students holding a Bachelor’s degree in Theology or Religious studies from a Dutch University (WO) are directly eligible for admittance in this Master’s programme. Students with a a different, but suitable bachelor’s degree (HBO/WO) can apply for a premaster’s programme (this programme is taught in Dutch). Our Admission Board will have to approve your request for admission. You need to apply before June 1 in Studielink. The registration has to be completed before August 31.
