Training and Assessment

This qualification reflects that the functions of individuals delivering assessment and training services from the postsecondary education and training (VET) sector. This qualification (or the skill sets derived from units of competency inside ) can be suitable preparation for people engaged in the delivery of training and assessment of proficiency in a workplace context, being a factor of a structured VET program.The level of learning of a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is on average six months to two years.Licensing/ / Regulatory Information Achievement of the qualification by coaches is a requirement of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015.

Those entering the program must have the ability to demonstrate vocational competency within their suggested instruction and assessing field. Vocational competency is defined as broad industry knowledge and experience, and could comprise, but isn't limited to, holding a relevant unit of competence or eligibility.
