Training Design and Development

This qualification reflects the roles of training developers and instructional designers who are responsible for analyzing training needs and designing training solutions and services and products to fulfill workplace capability requirements, and also evaluating the efficacy of training programs. They may have a job in providing advice and guidance to coaches and assessors, boosting innovative techniques, e.g. elearning, as well as in researching and incorporating best practice in training and assessment to training programs and services and products.
