The Master of Translation and TESOL provides professional education in two related and complementary areas, translation and TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). The TESOL component is consistent with the market norm in the Australian and global contexts. The translation component is made of theoretical and practical learning translation, resulting in accreditation by the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI) as an Expert Translator. The training course is intended for graduates in any field desperate to build up a longterm career in TESOL in addition to in Translation. Subject to require, translation coaching is offered in English and one of the following languages: Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Thai or Vietnamese.

Undergraduate degree or post graduate qualification in any area. An overall IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent, with minimum 6.0 in each subtest, and possess native or near-native proficiency in one of these languages: Arabic, Arabic, Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Spanish, Thai or Vietnamese.
