University Learning and Teaching

The focus of the application is really on the development of teaching capability in higher education. It's intended to assist new and experienced University teachers to create a scholarly approach to teaching utilizing a balance of theory with practice by seeing learning and instruction from a range of perspectives including own experiences, the experiences of students and coworkers, and science fiction. Reflection on these perspectives provides a foundation for professional teaching development and further mining of higher instruction. It's intended to meet needs of active professors in diverse HE preferences and promote collegial cooperation, be interactive and engaging. They are crafted to model many different good teaching practices, and involve professors drawn from the variety of subjects. Assessment activities are designed to encourage participants to think in the teaching practice and their students' learning and think of how this could be made better, advised by selected material from the study literature.
