Higher Education

This Program is offered by the Institute for Interactive Media and Learning (IML) through UTS: Education. The class helps students to reflect critically on their teaching in a way which are underpinned with their own experiences and those of the students and coworkers, and also by the research learning and teaching at higher education. The training program is intended for current university academics or part-time faculty instructors considering an academic career.

• UTS recognised bachelor level, or equivalent or higher qualification, or submitted additional evidence of general and professional qualifications which demonstrates potential to pursue graduate studies. Applicants must be full time or fractional higher education teenagers, or casual high education educators who can provide proof ongoing instruction throughout course enrolment. UTS full time or fractional-time staff are exempt from paying course fees through exemptions from the University. The English proficiency requirement for local applicants with international qualifications is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0
• Or TOEFL: newspaper established: 550-583 complete with TWE of 4.5, web: 79-93 complete with a writing score of 21
• Or AE5: Pass
• Or PTE: 58-64
• Or CAE: 176-184.
