Students learn to combine cutting-edge and world best-practice wine business know-how with a working knowledge and skills in both winemaking and viticulture, thus incorporating the entire wine value chain an expectation of the wine industries of wine business professionals.
Wine Business graduates possess professional skills that enable them to devise and implement domestic and internationally oriented wine business and global market development principles, theories and strategies in the wine industry anywhere in the world.

The Masters is a 48-unit program of coursework including a 9 unit research project.
