During Deakin's Bachelor of Zoology and Animal Science, you'll explore the societal and economic impact that human activity has on animals and their ecosystems, and investigate how animals respond and adjust to fluctuations in the atmosphere, including climate change. The course has a strong focus on Australian fauna and its own unique importance in the worldwide atmosphere. Employ the latest research methods to examine hypotheses in real-world settings and develop evidence-based decisionmaking skills appreciated by industry.You'll use living subjects from the lab and field providing you with a first hand understanding of the form and functioning of animals and also the inherent mechanisms that influence their ecology and development. Additionally you will learn widely about how animal's answer changing environments as time passes. On top of that, your travel will be encouraged by teaching staff who share your passion for animals.
