Are you an adventurer? Do you love a challenge? Can you imagine the thrill of ascending the blue ice of Svartisen Glacier or canoeing the crystal waters of one of Nordland's beautiful lakes? This semester package is designed for students who want to learn about Northern nature by experiencing it first hand. As an interdisplinary programme, Adventure Knowledge also gives students insight into Northern Norwegian cultural heritage - arts, literature and the nature connection. The package provides a perfect interlude in domestic studies for adventurous exchange students.
The program is directed at foreign students who wish to learn about Northern Norway through different activities. The programme is suitable for everyone working with human relations, for example in schools, in the tourism-industry, arts and culture, health services etc.
The students participate in activities encouraging experience and learning.
