This qualification explains the abilities and knowledge of a baker who bakes cake, bread, cake and biscuit products working in a business baking environment.All work must be performed to comply with workplace procedures, in accordance with State/Territory food safety, and work safe practices, laws and regulations that affect the workplace.No occupational licensing, legislative or certificate requirements apply for the particular unit at the time of book.
