This qualification explains the skills and comprehension of a baker who bakes bread, cake, cake and biscuit products employed in a business baking environment.All work must be completed to conform to workplace procedures, in accordance with State/Territory food safety, and also work safe practices, regulations and legislation that apply to the workplace.No occupational licensing, legislative or certification conditions apply for this particular unit during time of publication.
