This qualification reflects the use of pastry chefs who use a vast selection of well-developed patisserie knowledge and sound understanding of kitchen operations to produce patisserie products. Working with discretion and decision, they utilize some independence and under limited oversight using policies, plans and procedures to direct work activities.This eligibility provides a path to function in numerous organisations through which patisserie products and solutions are prepared and served, for example patisseries, restaurants, hotels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, caf\u00e9s and coffee shops.Possible job titles include:pastry chefpatissier.No occupational licensing, and certification or special legislative requirements connect with this eligibility during time of publication.
