Ph.D. Program in Business Administration is completely customizable, and is designed for prospective students who aim success either as executives or academicians and who want to gain theoretical knowledge in business.
The aim of the Ph.D. Program is to raise respectable academicians and executives of the future with its strong content focusing on research and theoretical issues.
Ph.D. program offered by the Graduate School is completely customizable and students are provided with the opportunity of specializing in one of six sub-branches of Business Administration. These branches are Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Production and Technology Management, and Logistics Management.
Ph.D. Program in Business Administration is directed with the support of qualified academicians. The program spans for four years including the thesis. The courses in Ph.D. Program are offered throughout the day.
The Program is open to students who own an undergraduate or graduate diploma, provided that they possess necessary qualifications. A scientific preparatory program is also available for students who have graduated from programs other than business administration.

The students studying in this Ph.D program are required:
Take at least 7 courses with 21 local credits (Master degree holders),
Take at least 14 courses with 42 local credits (Undergraduate degree holders),
Take 240 ECTS and obtain a GPA of 3.00 over 4.00 (Master degree holders),
Take 300 ECTS and obtain a GPA of 3.00 over 4.00 (Undergraduate degree holders),
Pass the proficiency exam,
Succeed in thesis proposal and thesis exam,
Prepare and defend a doctoral thesis,
Score at least CC/S in all the master program courses required by the program, and at least CB/S in all the doctoral program courses.
