This training course is designed to deliver the educational foundations necessary to lead international and Australian organizations economically and economically. Through this program, students create a detailed array of skills; broad and deep knowledge foundations that have been enhanced via the interactivity using leaders of well-respected organizations; and also the capability for collaborative critical reflexivity. Graduates of this program are likely to go into mature functions in which they can exercise the skills and capacities built through the program.

• UTS recognised bachelor degree, or equivalent or higher qualification, or submitted additional evidence of general and professional credentials that demonstrates possibility to pursue graduate studies. Students must have at least 5 years' job experience, some which will be in a management position. Considering the nature of the work-based assessment tasks demanded in many of the areas, students need to be used in a somewhat senior position in a Sydney-based organisation. The English competency requirement of local applicants with international credentials is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0

• Or PTE: 58-64
