The programme is the gateway to future researchers, consultants, managers and entrepreneurs in the field of ICT. Both the design and deployment of on-line applications and information systems are addressed. In theoretical and practical courses, strategic and operational aspects of ICT are highlighted from one main perspective: the successful alignment of ICT and organisation requires both technological and managerial insight. This two year research programme enables you specialise in one of four profiles: ICT Researcher, Business Consultant, ICT Consultant and Product Software Entrepreneur. You take mandatory courses such as Extended Enterprise, Knowledge Management and ICT Entrepreneurship. Then you choose electives out of the Business Informatics or other ICT Master's programmes. You complete your programme with a thesis project (which may be performed in an external company, such as an IT or consultancy firm). The results of this project are written up as your Master's thesis, as a publishable paper, and further are presented in a colloquium attended by other programme participants and faculty members.
