Business - Professional Accountancy

This app is a broad based small business degree together with specialisations in accounting targeted at providing you with the necessary technical knowledge and business knowledge for a career in bookkeeping. The focus on work-integrated learning (Cooperative Education) helps RMIT learners to create technical knowledge and professional capabilities which are highly sought after by employers.

Accredited by CPA Australia and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Graduates are entitled to associate membership of the professional accounting bodies: CPA Australia, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Institute of Public Accountants, provided auditing and taxation issues are now all passed. Graduates must then undertake the chosen professional body's qualification plan and gain 3 years relevant practical experience to obtain complete membership.
