Coaching psychology is a growing approach to this enhancement of human performance in work, life and relationships more general. It sits at the intersection of counselling, clinical and organisational psychology. This system educates the applied science of human performance enhancement and coaching and gives students a grounding in the theoretical and methodological elements of coaching psychology. It produces graduates who are skilled coaches, capable of coaching in a wide number of configurations and also with a vast range of consumer populations such as executive, direction and personal coaching clinic.
