This qualification reflects the role of commercial cooks who have a supervisory or team leading role from the kitchen. They operate independently or with minimal guidance from others and utilize discretion to solve non-routine problems.This eligibility provides a pathway to get the job done in businesses such as restaurants, hotels, nightclubs, bars, cafes and coffee shops, or even to run a little business in those sectors.Possible job titles include:chefchef de partie.No occupational licensing, certification or special legislative requirements apply to the eligibility at the time of publication.
