This qualification reflects the part of commercial cooks that have a supervisory or team leading role from kitchen. They operate independently or with limited guidance from the others and use discretion to address non-routine problems.This eligibility provides a path to function in organisations such as restaurants, hotels, nightclubs, bars, cafes and coffee shops, or to run a small company in those sectors.Possible occupation titles include:chefchef de partie.No occupational licensing, certification or special legislative requirements apply to the eligibility during the time of publication.
