This qualification reflects the use of commercial cooks who use a vast selection of well-developed cookery knowledge and sound understanding of kitchen operations to prepare menu and food items. Working with discretion and judgement, they utilize some autonomy and under limited oversight using plans, policies and procedures to guide work activities.This qualification provides a pathway to work as a commercial cook organisations such as restaurants, hotelsand nightclubs, bars, caf\u00e9s, and coffee shops.No occupational licensing, and certification or specific legislative conditions affect the qualification during book.
