Community development and planning is about working and forming with cities, towns and rural areas to boost these in places to live physically, socially and economically. This program is designed specifically to offer trained in the area, creating a path in to the livelihood. It emphasises contemporary problems like change facilitation, sustainable development, climate change, native communities and water control within the context of a shifting society in the rural and urban areas.

  • An approved Bachelor's level
  • Candidates who don't use a degree but that produce evidence of equivalent academic ability and/or appropriate professional experience may be admitted at the discretion of the course organizer
  • NB: Meeting minimum prerequisites does not guarantee that an offer of a place
  • Entry into all La Trobe classes is based on competitive selection and there can be limited places available.
