The first part of entrance exams includes logic, mathematics and natural science tests.
The second part includes subject oriented interview in English (can be done using internet communication). For interview it is necessary to prepare essay about yourself including following information:
- education level;
- previous study graduate qualification works;
- subject oriented work experience, perhaps as part of an internship (company, position, period of work, professional activities);
- explain what was the reason to choice of the educational program.
The questions for the interview (in English) are subject oriented and have an interdisciplinary character. They also include questions and tasks in the following disciplines:
- Basics in geology
- Geophysics
- Oil and gas geology
- Methods of search and exploration of oil and gas fields
- Fundamentals of industrial geology of oil and gas fields
The maximum score on the entrance examination is 100 points.
