Basic education master´s programme includes bachelor training programme (4 years) and special master´s training programme (2 years).

Master of Mathematics can apply his/her skills and qualification obtained in research-and-development centers, administration, educational institutions, commercial production.

As a result master can perform a research in scientific areas with mathematical methods and computer technologies; create and use mathematical model of process and objects; develop effective mathematical problem-solving methods in natural science, engineering, economics and management; provide scientific research, design and administrative activity with dataware; teach a series of mathematical disciplines and Informatics.

Those who would like to study according special Master´s programme should have higher professional education of the definite level, which is confirmed by the state document.Those who have bachelor´s degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, and Informatics can be enrolled for special Master´s programme on a competitive basis.Those who would like to study according special Master´s programme and have higher professional education in the areas which are not indicated above shall pass the examinations in the disciplines necessary for study according to master´s programme.
