No obstante, a pesar de que el título presentado no da acceso a una única profesión regulada que determine los contenidos específicos que debe tener el grado, sin embargo, el acceso al ejercicio de buena parte de las diferentes profesiones vinculadas con el derecho es objeto de regulación específica. Este es el caso, por ejemplo, de la abogacía y la procuraduría (Ley 34/2006, de 30 de octubre, sobre el acceso a las profesiones de Abogado y Procurador de los Tribunales), judicatura (Ley Orgánica 6/1985, de 1 de julio, del Poder Judicial) o función pública (Ley 7/2007, de 12 de abril, del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público).
