Finding a balance between beauty and practicality requires professional knowledge. That's why this hands-on program immerses students in the design of virtually detailed services and products suitable for manufacture having a concentration on realworld industry and social engagement. In addition, it challenges students to come up with future solutions to complex problems facing humankind and the environment. Studies consist of learning the creative design process, model-making techniques, visual communication, product design fabricating, design direction, computer-aided industrial design (CAID), design research, human factors and ergonomics, combined with innovation, aesthetics, entrepreneurship and business, cultural and social values, and design leadership. Students will be ready for their career with a range of activities and chances such as handson design components, job demonstrations, international study tours, entrepreneurial incubation apps and realworld internships.
