This specialised degree provides a specialist qualification which lets you operate in a range of primary and early childhood education settings locally and globally. This class focuses on contemporary approaches to teaching and learning in primary and early childhood education settings. Subjects center on boosting literacy and numeracy, an appreciation of diversity, an awareness of modern schooling and children's services, evidence-based decisionmaking and reflective training. A feature of this program is that the integration of field, program and pedagogical knowledge with experience. Pro experience is an integral component in each session of this class. Students undertake at least 140 days supervised practicum in a variety of educational settings involving one with a focus on the usage of communication and information technologies to promote learning.

The program is accredited by the Victorian Institute of Teaching and the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL). Through mutual agreements between enrollment authorities, students can instruct overseas and nationally.

  • Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) Components 3 and 4: a study score of at least 30 in English (EAL) or at the very least 25 in English apart from EAL
  • Components 3 and 4: a study score of 20 in any Mathematics.
