Biomedical Engineering is the application of engineering fundamentals to growing technologies and solving issues at a wide range of health care related fields e.g. implantable bionicsand drug delivery systems, medical imaging, radiotherapies, orthopaedic devices, telemedicineand robotic surgery, cell and tissue engineering, files management, physical rehabilitation along with others. This Graduate Diploma application provides students with opportunities to expand their professional knowledge. Candidates can undertake interdisciplinary studies and, subject to approval, can take courses from any school at the Engineering Faculty, additional areas of the University along with other schools or universities. Consequently, study programs may be constructed to best suit to the particular needs of particular candidates.
