This level provides students with a comprehensive knowledge in legal clinic and legal skills with a focus on the interaction and impact of human societies on the environment.Students will build up an comprehension of environmental economics, environmental ethics, environmental law and governance and the national and global policy context, since they pertain to environmental management. Students are also equipped with the abilities required of an environmental professional and also have the opportunity to tackle capstone projects or an industry placement.The Bachelor of Laws (Honours) encompasses 30 credit points of research dissertation.As and theopportunity for livelihood and skill progress, the Honours program creates apathway for Law students to go on to Higher Degree Research (HDR) studies viathe Master of Philosophy (MPhil) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programs.If you complete the five Canadian Law courses you qualify for entrance to the legal profession at Canada's common law states, when followed by a Certification of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada.
