The study PhD programme Geodesy and Cartography is focused on scientific and research problems related to geodesy, geodetic cartography, and cadastre. The study part of the programme is devoted to deepen of theoretical background from geodesy, related geo-sciences, informatics and theory of measurements on the level of recent state-of-art. The scientific part is based on individual research of specific scientific problem. The expected output is a new contribution to science and development, new method of solution of specific problem or other original piece of knowledge. The graduate has possibility to find a position in higher education, scientific or research institution in Slovakia or abroad, as well as in governmental institutions and private enterprises.
