Our MSc Global Innovation Management helps you appreciate the dynamics and complexity of innovation, how to best manage it and how to enhance an organisation’s creativity, competitiveness and performance in the global economy. You will learn how innovation can enable firms to achieve positional advantage and superior performance.
The programme will show you how to identify the best management practices and strategies that enable firms to coordinate knowledge. You will also learn how to lead and implement innovation initiatives and apply analytical techniques within an organisation.
