Guiding Meditation

The Graduate Certificate at Guiding Meditation is designed for people trying to learn about the methods and skills of instruction meditation and meditative prayer in a variety of situations involving secondary and primary schools, parishes, hospitals as well as other preferences. The course includes the history and practice of meditation along with lectio divina and gives a chance for students to think in their particular spiritual gifts.
