Human Resource Management

This course gives students for managerial positions that need a broad understanding of human resources (HR) and its vital function within businesses. The program is intended for people that are employed in HR and want to complement their practical knowledge with a sound theoretical base, or people contemplating a career in HR administration. Students gain skills in employee recruiting and selection, training and development and performance management.

Applicants should have an undergraduate degree or equivalent as approved by the University.
