The Master of Human Resource Management (Extension) provides students with the comprehensive information and skills necessary to provide in a senior level to their business's human resources and industrial relations serves. The program is designed primarily for those who are employed, or show the potential for job, in mature policymaking levels in the fields of human resource administration, industrial relations, occupational health and affirmative action. The additional elective subject decisions provide an opportunity to concentrate more intensely in the human resource management discipline also to help enhance students' skills, professional training, expert understanding and capabilities. The class aims to supply leadingedge pragmatic and technical understandings of human resource management in anonymous and complex workplace situations to be able to facilitate direction decision making. Career options include positions in exchange direction and overall management, recruiting, and organisational training and development.

Students completing this level are entitled to apply to the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) to your Expert Member (MAHRI) status and/or advancement to a high degree of membership for all people who have appropriate work experience.

  • Applicants must have completed an UTS approved bachelor's degree, or an equivalent or higher qualification, or filed additional evidence of general and professional qualifications that demonstrates potential to pursue graduate studies. Applicants having a related graduate certification must have done it with at least a credit score. The English competency requirement of international students or regional applicants with international qualifications is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0
  • Or TOEFL: newspaper established: 550-583 complete with TWE of 4.5, internet established: 79-93 complete with a writing score of 2-1
