This is meant for students with little (if any) prior computing experience or students with some computing knowhow seeking a broader understanding. It consists of 12 courses selected from over the Master of Information Technology program, with a focus on the Higher Level Disciplinary Knowledge Courses and also a research option. Students may also choose up to two majors, while Two electives may be chosen from outside the school.
- A three year undergraduate degree equivalent to a standard Australian bachelor degree in engineering or science which comprised Mathematics upto year two level
- And also a high credit average attained complete
- Or articulation from the Graduate Certificate in Computing (7543) subject to no fails.
