Our programs address different issues of international finance, marketing and trade, logistics, globalization and intercultural approaches to international business. Students are encouraged to prepare their MA thesis in accordance with their particular interests. The tuition methods in Master Degree Programs include traditional lectures both by outstanding University professors and company practitioners, seminars, case study analysis, buzz groups and individual supervision for students’ thesis. The full-time programs give students the latest theoretical knowledge of contemporary business environment. The Faculty of Economics offers more than 200 opportunities to go to universities in 25 different countries each year.

International Business studies are one of a kind and give their participants access to exceptional knowledge and expertise about strategic and global business management, marketing, financial issues as well as specific insights into business system. Thus, these programs offer students comprehensive understanding of the complexities in the field of international business. The program prepares the students for challenging positions in various areas of international management, finance or research in different countries of the world. 

Each program is composed of strong core and major subjects and an interesting range of electives. It deepens the knowledge in the most specific areas of international relations, such as:

  • international finance,
  • corporate finance,
  • marketing simulation,
  • portfolio management,
  • transportation and international logistics,
  • mergers and acquisitions,
  • international human resource management,
  • cultural communication in business,
  • globalization and regionalization, etc.

You need

  • Language certificate in English (at least B2 level)

English language proficiency

  • International Baccalaureate Diploma or European Baccalaureate
  • Bachelor or master diploma in English philology
  • Secondary school/university diploma obtained from a school/ university where English was the only language of instruction
  • IELTS – overall score minimum 6.5 points
  • Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) – supplemented by at least 700 points
  • Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL IBT) – at least 87 points in
  • Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL CBT) – at least 180 points in Computer-Based Test (CBT), supplemented by at least 50 points from Test of Spoken English (TSE)
  • Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL PBT) – at least 510 points in Paper-Based Test (PBT) supplemented by at least 3,5 points from Test of Written
  • First Certificate in English (FCE)
  • Certificate in Advanced English (CAE)
  • Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE)
  • Business English Certificate (BEC) Vantage – at least Pass
  • Business English Certificate (BEC) Higher
  • Certificate in English for International Business and Trade (CEIBT)
  • telc English B2, English B2 Business, English B2 Technical or English C1

Diploma

In order to apply for Master Degree studies you must be a Bachelor or Master Degree Diploma holder. You should provide the following documents:

1. The original Bachelor or Master Degree Diploma – legalized by the Consul of the Republic of Poland holding an office in the issuing country.

  • If the diploma was issued by an institution of the country which signed the Hague Convention, an apostille on the original or attached to the diploma is required.

2. Transcript of records.

  • Documents outlining the course of studies, in particular a transcript, student’s book/records, grade sheet, diploma supplement, or a diploma thesis.

Documents shall be submitted with their translation into Polish (candidates applying for studies in Polish) or English (candidates applying for studies in English).

Insurance

One of the following:

  1. An insurance policy against illness or accidents covering hospital treatment, for the period of studying in Poland
  2. A European Health Insurance Card
  3. Contract with the National Health Fund – the candidate is obliged to deliver the copy of insurance document in October.
