During the Master of Management, Western Sydney University Provides a study of contemporary management theory and practice in a global and Australian context. Within a program of integral study, students utilise strategic analysis and also examine strategic alternatives, to assess individuals, systems and procedures, can most effectively work effectively. Throughout the class students examine and reflect upon the direction techniques and strategies needed for effective direction. Our program of education motivates students to take responsibility for his or her schooling to participate with the wider community, business and government.

• Under graduate level or more, at a business field or under graduate level or more, in any area and at a minimum of 2 years FTE senior managerial work experience in functions determining or facilitating a organisation's aims or strategiesor resource management and organization control, directing a part of a company, managing the atmosphere, developing resources across organisation units and divisions, or in related roles
• Or under graduate level, or maybe more, in virtually any area and minimum of five years management work experience in unit and job direction and oversight, managing stakeholders or at related roles.
