The Masters programme in Management, Organization Studies and Cultural Theory (MOK) will enable you to become an executive who wants to do and implement things: people who realise innovation, orchestrate change and are in a position to provide new ideas with effective roots in line with the best of HSGs traditions. Such achievements are only possible through a sound overview, which you will acquire in the interaction between economic, social and cultural sciences. As MOK graduates, you will be working as entrepreneurs, executives, consultants, and as innovation, change and project managers. You will be involved in all social contexts and organization types, in corporations and public organizations, in consultancy and in NGOs, NPOs or cultural ventures.
The programme is taught in German.
