The graduates are research, scientific and managerial workers with complex education who can deal with a broad scale of problems concerning materials used in mechanical engineering, processing technologies (machining, forming, casting, welding) as well as tool and machine design for these technologies. They have knowledge of the application of classical and non-traditional processing technologies and they have mastered modern ways of research, using problem simulation on the models, for which they can verify the boundary and initial conditions in order to obtain the required precision of solution. They can work in research organizations and in the management of engineering enterprises as well as in the sphere of technical and quality control.
